Very satisfied from check-in to check-out, from the front desk personnel to the chef. It was only a one night stay so our dinner and breakfast was preordered upon check-in. My family enjoyed the food so thank you, Chef Daryl! I have to mention an employee by the name of Karen. Karen was not only courteous and helpful at the Front Desk but we watched her work in the heat to maintain a clean and presentable resort. We can't say enough on how good of a person Karen is. With an employee like Karen, staff in the kitchen and front desk, there is no question I will go back again because to me it's not just about the place and its location, it's about the people who work there. They made our stay a memorable one. Thank you, Karen! Thank you, Kasa Cailloux!

The rooms were comfortable, staffs and breakfast was great!

The property is very outdated and if this was somewhere else, the property would be condemed. There is mold in the ceiling. Spiders and bugs in every lightbulb. The bathroom reeked of urine and I found out that there was a leak from the toilet going to the bathroom drain when you flush. The stench was unbearable. The sink is out of alignment from the sink and draining into the bottom of the stairwell. The bed linens smelled liked they were not washed. The AC was noisy and made it unbearable to sleep. On the second night, the guests next door were very noisy. The guest was cooking food right in front of parked cars with flammable fuel. I was glad I was out of there. Expedia needs to delist this property.
